Partnering with For-Sight to unlock the guest journey for the hospitality industry and drive their global growth plans.

For-Sight are hospitality CRM and marketing experts that have been in operation for over 27 years. They offer a powerful CRM solution, omnichannel marketing and business intelligence tools, and professional services such as team training and campaign management.

Their flagship product, For-Sight CRM, was born in 2015 from an enquiry by a world-leading luxury resort that needed advice on how best to extract and cleanse their data and optimise their marketing strategy.

Looking to expand into new markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and North America, the For-Sight team realised they needed to transform their brand to reflect the new digital era they were operating in. They needed an identity to support their expansion and develop targeted communication with their clients and drive leads to deliver on their expansion goals.


This brought them to BRAY ST.

To ‘get under the hood’ and understand For-Sight’s vision and strategy, we held a brand workshop with key members.

We pushed them hard, challenged their ideas and honed in on their vision. We got down on paper what we already suspected: For-Sight embodied fun, positivity, and an energetic team personality. The passion for their industry, together with their expertise and experience, was clearly evident.

This energy has been infused into For-Sight’s new brand, which unlocks the digital guest journey for its clients around the world.

After launching the new brand identity with a suite of assets in July 2019, we are now partnering with the For-Sight to build and strengthen their brand position into 2020 and beyond. New initiatives include lead generation content campaigns, event and exhibition series and digitizing content and material.

For-Sight now have the communication tools to deliver on their goals and we look forward to continuing our partnership to drive their business into the future.
